Baked Duck in a spiced fruit sauce in glass jars 750 g. Duck legs fry quickly and cooked in a sauce with dates, prunes and spices. (Serves two or three) These products will keep for 24 months at room temperature.
Ingredients : leg of duck 55 %, prunes 3,6 %, dates 3,6 %, raisins, red wine, bacon, vinegar, flour, bread crumbs, salt, onions and spices.
